Room and Shelf Audit
Take stock of your files using your portable scanner.
With the Room Audit and Shelf Audit functions you can scan the barcodes for an entire room or
shelf and select the new location for the files.
Close or archive files in bulk using your portable scanner.
Scan the barcodes of the files you need to close or archive. Dock the portable scanner in its
cradle and select whether you want to close files or archive files.
Closing and archiving files couldn't be simpler.
Issue files in bulk using your portable scanner.
Use the Bulk Scan function to issue files using a hand held scanner. Just scan the bar code of a file you have on
hand, then scan a person's barcode, and your file is issued.
If you want to issue more than one file to a person, just keep scanning files until you're done.
