Customised reporting for simple file management
Create easy to read reports in a number of styles - Single Column, Groups/Totals, Summary, or Tabular.
Create a Report
Click the New button to create a report. The New Report Wizard will walk you through the simple set up options:
- report name,
- report style,
- the file to report on,
- the fields in the report,
- the sort order, and
- formatting options.
Filter records
Reports show all the records in a file unless you use a filter. You can create record filters and apply
them to a report when you run it.
To create a new filter click the elipsis button (...) next to the filter drop down box. Select one or more fields
to filter by, an operator (such as = or >), and a value. Save your filter, and any report you use it with will only show
records that meet the selection criteria you defined.
View Report
Just click Preview - the report will be displayed in preview mode.
Click the Print button to print the report.
